Cabell Eames
Founder & Director
Cabell Eames is a seasoned environmental policy strategist with over a decade of experience at the intersection of government affairs and strategic communications. She has led advocacy efforts across environmental protection, immigration reform, and democracy-focused initiatives, including ranked choice voting and statewide ballot campaigns.
She has also guided statewide nonprofit advocacy efforts, advised gubernatorial campaigns, and shaped legislative strategy at the Massachusetts State House. Cabell is known for translating complex regulatory frameworks into actionable strategies, persuasive narratives, and coalition structures that move decision-makers.
She previously served as Advocacy Director at the Charles River Watershed Association, advancing resilience and health-focused policies through collaboration with local, state, and federal officials. As a regular panelist on WGBH’s Under the Radar: Environmental Roundtable, Cabell provides analysis on climate policy and legislative developments.
Denise Miller
Director of Operations & Compliance
Denise Miller leads operational strategy and financial management at Castling Strategies, ensuring that advocacy campaigns are executed with precision, accountability, and efficiency.
With a background spanning entertainment finance, healthcare administration, and complex financial environments, Denise brings deep expertise in multi-entity bookkeeping, compliance reporting, operational systems, and executive-level account management. Her disciplined oversight supports high-level strategic work by maintaining organizational clarity and fiscal integrity.
